I rarely write hotel reviews, but this team made me want to say something. From reception to the restaurant, everyone was smiling, thoughtful, and ready to help. They offered ideas for seeing the city and did their best to meet our needs. Manager Wu was especially warm and helpful, though the care came from the whole staff. At other luxury hotels, service has been polite, but here I actually felt welcome. The hotel is beautifully new. I was traveling with my kid, and the suite's creative little playhouse kept them entertained for ages. I appreciate the team so much for making our stay special. Highly recommended for families and anyone who values heartfelt service.

The oceanfront view is breathtaking, the room was comfortable, and guest service was top-notch. Cary Lv at the Concierge deserves special thanks. My son lost his glasses during our stay, and we were checking out that same day. Cary quickly understood and looked for an optical shop that could make prescription glasses within a few hours. He took ownership of the problem as if it were his own, and we really appreciate his generous help. Well done, team!

I paid extra for an ocean view, but most of what I could see was the parking lot in front. At night it can also get noisy, with people singing karaoke on the beach.

I couldn't sleep all night because mosquitoes kept biting me. There are so many here, judging by the reviews. If you're afraid of mosquitoes and insects, don't stay at this hotel!
