It sits almost 2 kilometers from the train station, with mostly residential communities around and few shops, so getting around is inconvenient. Calling it "Xiamen Railway Station Store" feels misleading to customers, and I find that hard to accept. The facilities are old, though they're clean and comfortable enough.

It's conveniently located and inexpensive, and the room was reasonably clean. There was no refrigerator, though, and the kettle looked a bit shabby, so we didn't use it.

The staff were capable, and the taxi fare was reasonable, even though the location is out of the way.
