The 25-meter indoor pool was a nice way to get some light exercise, and the fitness center and locker rooms were clean, well equipped, and had a good atmosphere. After a long international trip, the calm setting helped me with jet lag during my 13-day stay. The room was generously sized and felt luxurious and comfortable, and the marble lobby had an upscale feel. Fast elevators and complimentary bottled water were handy, too. Breakfast was spectacular, and the hotel was very cheap for what it offered. Staff were polite, professional, and warm. They opened the taxi doors for us whenever we returned, and nobody had a bad attitude. It felt calm and well run, with the elegance of the Kempinski brand. I had no complaints, enjoyed my extended stay, and would come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for international tastes, and the location made it easy to get around the city. For the service and quality, the price felt very reasonable. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive from arrival, even opening the doors for our taxi and Didi rides. Our room was comfortable, luxurious, and well designed, with complimentary bottled water and fast elevators. The whole place felt clean and upscale, from the grand lobby to the well-kept pool locker rooms. I also enjoyed the spacious 25-meter indoor pool, which was great for a proper swim. Kempinski Xiamen made for a comfortable, luxurious stay with great service, and I’d happily stay again.

The harbor view and location were excellent, but the rooms weren't very clean and the facilities overall seemed poorly maintained.

The room, breakfast buffet, lounge, and transport service all left us very satisfied. The room was thoughtfully arranged and had a stunning lake view. My mother also got a lovely birthday surprise, a cake and flowers, which made the celebration extra special. A heartfelt thanks to the whole team on duty. We may not know everyone's name, but every staff member we met was professional and provided outstanding service. Patrick was especially warm and professional, checking in with us during our stay even on his day off. His thoughtful tour recommendations made our time more enjoyable. Thanks for the special effort and for maintaining Kempinski’s high standards. You made our stay memorable. ❤️❤️❤️

The restaurants were amazing, and the pool is heated. There’s a nice gym too. This is a lovely, full luxury five-star hotel with sweet, helpful staff, especially Zoe at the front desk. Bring Google Translate, though. I don't want to leave!
