We were so pleased with our stay that we added a third day after booking just two. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, and the hotel even prepared night snacks for us. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and greeted us wherever and whenever they saw us. GREAT 👍 We'll come back again.

Xiamen airlines included this amazing hotel with my ticket, and I'm grateful for it. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they offered me complimentary breakfast when I woke up. My room was spotless and had all the amenities. When I got up, a taxi was already waiting to take me to the airport. Amazing hotel, definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen!

My elderly brother became ill early in the morning, and Caiyun noticed and helped arrange a medical consultation at the hospital in the next building. She also took our request about his uneaten buffet breakfast to senior Jackson, who kindly approved a refund. Thanks to both Caiyun and Jackson Yang. Cindy Wu also thoughtfully brought a lovely cake to my room for my birthday, and our room was upgraded to a sea view. The room service aunties were excellent and generous with the water bottles. With the excellent service, including free supper, the price of the breakfast and room truly earns a five-star rating.

At 1:00 am I was starving and asked the receptionist for help because I'm not Chinese. They refused and told me to go to another shop. I only wanted to buy instant noodles. Poor hospitality.

I stayed one night on a stopover. The staff were nice and would help in English using a translation app. The hotel is nice, but feels old fashioned. Although the rooms are non-smoking, mine smelled like people had smoked in it for years. I also don't think the Lakeside view is worth the extra cost. The windows don't open, and the view wasn't priceless or especially spectacular in the evening.
