The spa services were great, with such kind and professional service, and the spa area itself was lovely. To use the pool, you have to register and wear a swimming cap. It seemed geared more toward serious swimming than leisure, and there was a swimming lesson when we went on a Saturday night. Our room was huge, with an excellent bathroom and underfloor heating. The service was incredible. The staff didn't speak much, if any, English, but they went out of their way to help, including coming to our room to take a room service order through a translation app. It’s an easy 15-20 minute Didi ride from the airport, and there’s a massive shopping complex next door with lots of shops and food options, plus a cinema and arcade. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again when we’re in Xiamen. Affordable luxury is hard to beat.

There was loads of variety at breakfast. A tip: grab the pancakes as soon as they’re cooked, or they get a little hard. The room was very clean, staff were accommodating, and service was very good. This was a great place to stay.

The hotel is right next to Wanda mall and about 15 minutes from the airport. The environment was clean, service was good, and breakfast had plenty of choices. Really good value for the stay, and I’ll come again next time.

I stayed here in May 2025. The room was great, the hotel was clean, and thankfully there was no smell of smoke. Service was top notch, and I want to give a shoutout to all the service staff, especially Jamie at the front desk and Leo at the spa. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xiamen.
