For a two-day business stay, the room was spotless and very comfortable, which mattered after long workdays. The bed was supportive, the linens fresh, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep well. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were professional and efficient. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice extra. A great fit for business travelers looking for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience.

Harry Leong at Shangri-La Xiamen took wonderful care of us during our visit. He was kind and attentive, and made sure our needs were handled with professionalism. His dedication reflects well on Shangri-La and makes him a great ambassador for the brand. We're grateful for his outstanding service and glad the hotel has such a committed team member.

On my first stay at Shangri-la hotel Xiamen, the reception team and other staff were helpful and accommodating. I received an upgrade to the club floor horizons lounge. Guests on that floor can use the lounge for drinks and hold private meetings in the board room.

Reception was very helpful, but at 9:30 pm there was no dinner available anywhere in the hotel. We ended up ordering room service and having it served in the lobby. If you're here for business, I wouldn't recommend reserving this hotel: the internet was extremely slow, and the Wi-Fi showed no internet access. I tried to pay extra for a better connection, but they said that wasn't possible.
