The staff service was excellent, and the gym is a good size with decent equipment. The lunch buffet is worth trying, especially if you’re into sushi. The property is showing its age and the wear and tear is inevitable, but it was still good value for money.

The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and tried to meet every request, and the hotel is well placed near a small park and a mall. Breakfast and the gym had all the essentials. One drawback is that only reception staff spoke English. Some parts of the hotel felt old, especially the pool area. All in all, I’d recommend it.

Adam Huang gave us especially detailed help and was always there when we had questions. Wu Ting was also ready to assist whenever we needed him, and both of them made our stay unforgettable. The front desk welcomed us warmly, and the concierge service was good as well. The room was just the right size for two. Highly recommend.

The lounge had a good range of Western food, like burgers and fish and chips, along with mixed drinks. Breakfast was decent, with Chinese and Western buffet sections, though some of the Western food wasn’t as fresh, probably because not many people eat it. Room service breakfast was good too. It’s a fairly new hotel, the staff are very kind, and it’s around 15-20 minutes from the airport. A few rooms smell a bit musty.
