The spa services were great, with such kind and professional service, and the spa area itself was lovely. To use the pool, you have to register and wear a swimming cap. It seemed geared more toward serious swimming than leisure, and there was a swimming lesson when we went on a Saturday night. Our room was huge, with an excellent bathroom and underfloor heating. The service was incredible. The staff didn't speak much, if any, English, but they went out of their way to help, including coming to our room to take a room service order through a translation app. It’s an easy 15-20 minute Didi ride from the airport, and there’s a massive shopping complex next door with lots of shops and food options, plus a cinema and arcade. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again when we’re in Xiamen. Affordable luxury is hard to beat.
