I found the staff young, friendly, and refreshing. They helped me three times after I lost or forgot things, and I'd recommend the place. It's a stylish hotel that feels like part of the landscape of the World Heritage Site. The island is small, so I don't think the location varies much wherever you stay, though Google Maps seems to show this one incorrectly and I plan to suggest a correction. My room had a combination lock and free Wi-Fi, plus a Western-style toilet but no washlet. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, but no slippers, which was inconvenient. The curfew seemed to be 11 p.m. They asked whether I had WeChat so they could contact me when I went out. I said LINE, but they wouldn't accept that. When I booked online, my flight tickets weren't booked yet, so I chose to pay after arriving. It seems they don't take credit cards. I paid in RMB and left another 250 RMB as a deposit. The booking site listed the price as 448.2 RMB.
