The rooms are very good and well kept, which is the only reason I gave it one star. They really deserve more on their own. But the food and service were negative stars, so I lowered the overall rating to make up for them.

The facilities are really good, and I’m very satisfied with them. I still can’t use the swimming pool because there’s some issue with it. The breakfast buffet quality is so-so.

Everyone was willing to help, and the staff would call a taxi for me at any hour. They spoke good English, or if someone didn’t, they were happy to find a colleague who did. The rooms were amazing, and it’s a brilliant hotel. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms are a little dated, but they’ve been maintained really, really well. For the price and location, the quality is very good. Highly recommended.

I was amazed by how spotless every area was. The gym, kids’ playground, and room floors were all completely dust-free. Restaurant staff were attentive too, making coffee for us every day.
