The branding is deeply misleading. This stay was a huge disappointment and felt like a complete waste of money. Although the hotel officially belongs to a well-known Western chain, it had nothing in common with that chain’s other properties. The building was extremely old and in poor condition, with practically no facilities and nothing that felt like a 5-star standard. Communication was very difficult because the staff didn’t speak English. I wish Accor, the French parent company, would visit and see the reality for themselves, even if that meant taking their name off the facade permanently.

It felt cosy for my short trip, and I’d like to come back. The people were great, and the staff warmly helped with sightseeing and showed me how to take the train. The pool was okay, though you have to walk to another building, so I guess it’s good for health. Breakfast wasn’t much, just so-so.

A very elegant, beautiful hotel, tucked into a secluded little square. The bathroom was nice, and the bed was huge, though it seemed more like two queen beds put together. The downside was the internet: there was no access in the rooms, and the lobby connection was unreliable.

The hotel is in a compound with another hotel, which worked well for me since I could visit friends staying next door. It’s also conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, and coffee shops. I had a cosy, wonderful stay. The staff were kind and helpful, always smiling, and I loved the breakfast buffet and the digital lighting in my room.

A terrible stay. The rooms were old and dated, the photos were fake, and there was little English spoken. The AC only ran cold, and breakfast was really bad.
