The carpets are filthy, and the place feels shabby and dingy. Avoid it. When we came down for breakfast at 9am, there was hardly anything left. Staff were cleaning up and shouting to each other.

For the Old Town, this could be considered the best international hotel. The other hotels around there aren't that good.

The hotel is fine.

The building is old, though the rooms look quite new and seem to have been renovated recently. They smell bad because smoking is allowed in them. P.S. The food in the hotel restaurant is bad too.

It’s one of the biggest hotels in Zhangjiajie.
