Breakfast was only okay, and the big breakfast hall wasn't heated, so mornings there felt really cold. The shower was a little cramped, though the room itself was bright, comfortable, and a good size. We preferred being outside Fenghuang's main attraction area. It made handling big suitcases easier and meant we could avoid the cobbled streets. The train station pickup was convenient, and the staff were helpful throughout. A practical, comfortable place to stay when visiting Fenghuang.
