I stayed here two months ago in room 1710, and came back for this visit in 1810. It was just as good as last time. The photos I uploaded with that review look similar to this room. A real test of a hotel is how it handles a problem. Around 8:30 one night, I was watching TV when there was a very loud bang and it shut off. It seemed to have blown up, possibly because of a blown fuse. I went to reception, where the bell boy used his phone to translate what I was saying, then asked me to go back to my room. Within five minutes a woman came to inspect the TV and used her phone to tell me she'd called maintenance. A man arrived soon after, checked the 50-plus-inch TV, and took it away. They had a new one installed within minutes. From beginning to end, it took less than 10 minutes. The service was absolutely exceptional and faultless. I wish other hotels dealt with problems as quickly and efficiently. This hotel deserves its five stars, and I'm praising it again.

The breakfast bar is fantastic, and there's a mall attached to this great hotel. Staff were very helpful, with lots of street food and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the front desk staff provided very good service. Staying at a five-star hotel for a Taiwanese business travel price was excellent value.

I'd be better off spending the night at the airport hotel.
