Manager Sally was very good to us. She arranged a late checkout at 16.00 and a car to Xining Railway Station at 22.00. The room was large, and the hotel is close to the station. A very good hotel.

The breakfast was so-so, and all the coffee cups were broken. The room wasn't satisfactory either: the mirror and bathroom were dirty, there was no air conditioning, and no hot water. I strongly recommend not booking here. The management is terrible.

It's right next to KFC. The room has no air conditioning, but at this altitude it was already cold enough. The bed was comfortable, and the hot water worked well.

I couldn't find the air conditioning. The front office service was excellent, and both the hotel and breakfast were good.
