A real find for this town and the price. The entrance is a little odd: you go to the 15th floor of a dodgy building, take an elevator tucked at the back, then climb a tiny staircase covered in graffiti. Then suddenly there's an airy space with different spots to hang out, including a pool table. It is a bit old and dusty, and some things are falling off the walls. But the staff are super nice, helpful, and smiley. Even though they don't speak much English, they go out of their way to work out what you need. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The room was cold once autumn set in, and I can't picture sleeping there in December with no heating. The shared areas are so dim that I often miss steps, and I really don't like the motion-sensor lights. The building itself is an old residential block, and the facilities feel dated. The elevator's shaking startled me, and when I got to the 15th floor I was alarmed to find I had to take the stairs. Fortunately, staff offered to open another door. They were friendly, too, and let me check in early so I could rest. The price is very low, and single rooms are available.
