The Sebel Xining

The bedding was comfortable, and the rooms are well maintained. There’s a big glass panel between the bedroom and bathroom, which is an interesting feature. The hotel is well placed by shopping malls and places to eat. Still, there was a lingering cigarette smell, and the humidifier in the room didn't do much to help.

The team and customer service center gave superb, attentive service and arranged everything we needed in the room ahead of time. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice bed. Food options and shopping are within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again if I go to Xi Ning.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My room was clean and had the necessary amenities, though there was no bidet in the toilet. Breakfast had plenty of choices in a large restaurant. It was good that the plates and bowls were kept in a sterilized cabinet, but the cabinet was far away, so getting them meant walking around. Cups weren’t beside the fruit juice either, and you had to go to the coffee area to get one. The chopsticks, spoons, and forks weren’t kept in the sterilized cabinet, so I had to search for them. The juice dispenser seemed blocked, with juice coming out extremely slowly, but no one checked it. That could create a long queue. You can see it in my video. I was also disappointed that nobody greeted us at the restaurant front desk or the egg station.

The location was nice and right in the city center. It was worth it.
