The AC couldn't cool the room. It was 27.8 degrees C when I arrived, and after I turned it on, the temperature climbed to 28.4. When I complained, they only brought me a fan and couldn't fix the AC. I changed rooms and lost the lake view, getting a city view instead. The AC still wasn't working in the new room, though it was cooler at 25.2 degrees C. For a Marriott property, the maintenance was poor. Very disappointing.

The food in the restaurant and lounge was a highlight, and the location and views were great too. It's one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I hope to return to this amazing city and stay here again.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very professional. There’s a great à la carte restaurant with a bar feel, and both breakfast and dinner buffets offer a good mix of Eastern and Western food. I especially recommend the hot pot at dinner. Great service and fantastic food.

Right by a picturesque lake and within walking distance of the lake view mountain, this newly opened seven star hotel has a lovely setting. The decor is brilliant, there's plenty of space, and it's extremely comfortable. Staff were helpful, and the well-appointed restaurant served very good food.

It’s new and clean, the location is good, and the staff are well prepared. But the walls are thin. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room and in the corridors, along with doors slamming, and it kept me from sleeping well. I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers.
