The spa was good, but the rest was just so-so.

The customer service attitude was unpleasant, and the interior cleanliness seemed questionable. The facilities also felt outdated.

The hot spring bath on the ground floor was quite good, and the staff there were helpful. Service at the top-floor restaurant was also good, with friendly, cheerful, attentive staff. The location is pretty good and not far from Changbai National Park, but there's nothing nearby, no shops, convenience stores, or restaurants, and it gets pitch black at night. The rooms are old and dirty, with mold on the walls, decaying floors, and a strong cigarette smell. Reception staff were disappointing too, not very helpful to tourists, poorly mannered, and unwelcoming. I'd recommend staying just one night. That's more than enough!

The outdoor hot springs were lovely, but the room walls had mold. Breakfast was all Chinese food, with no fruit or dessert.
