The location is good and the price is fairly low, but there are three more modern hotels in town, so I wouldn't recommend this one. It's a worn-out place, with a dirty lobby and floors and rooms full of smoke. At least the linens and towels are clean, toothbrushes are replaced daily, and there's air conditioning, hot water, a TV, and slippers. Water is supplied too, though you have to pay for it. The shower is only a handheld spray, so water ends up on the floor and toilet. Breakfast is mediocre: a boiled egg, rice, dumplings, and pianse. The rest of the food is inedible, and the tea and coffee are awful. At least the food doesn't give me heartburn or diarrhea.

For a budget stay, it's acceptable. It's a three-star hotel with breakfast and dinner included, and the service is decent. WiFi is slow, there's just one Russian-language TV channel and even that is about China, and the bathroom shower is on the floor.

The rooms feel worn. Still, the location is great, there's a dumpling shop inside the hotel, and breakfast is decent. Fine for a couple of nights, maybe three.
