Yang Jiang Hot Spring Hotel

The staff were polite and attentive, and the hot spring itself was okay. But the children's area was a huge letdown. There was no running water in its facilities, and the water seemed frozen or left sitting for a long time. When I asked a staff member when it would open, he said it was open. I checked whether the water was frozen, and he said yes. The slides and artificial waves were all shut, which really disappointed my child. In the past, the hot spring water parks and kids' play areas I've been to always had warm water. The room also had a slight smell. The curtains were ripped and had holes, the showerhead was stained with rust, and there were lots of black spots on the shower curtain. It didn't feel like a five-star hotel. I just went there, and I won't be going back.
