We've stayed here more than once, and the service has always been fabulous. This time, not having our physical card led to unexpected payment trouble. Selina Han at the front desk stayed patient, kind, and professional through it all. She calmly helped us and went out of her way to get everything sorted. We really appreciate her warm attitude and excellent service. Thanks, Selina, for making the stay much easier.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the hotel is centrally located in Linhai, Yangzhou. A very good hotel.

The internet slows down during busy working hours, and breakfast was poor, with very few Western dishes. Communicating in English was difficult too.

The location and service were excellent. Tina, the manager, was especially kind and speaks English well.
