The moment that stayed with my family was seeing the Front Desk Manager rush out when our taxi arrived and help my elderly father get out safely. It was such a thoughtful, spontaneous gesture, and a great example of the hands-on care he showed guests. The manager, a young gentleman wearing specs, seemed to set that tone for the whole team. Everyone we dealt with, from check-in through departure, was warm and professional. The staff clearly care about looking after guests, and the hotel felt welcoming, almost like coming home. Thank you to Novotel Yangzhou for making our visit so memorable. Please pass our thanks to the manager and staff for their heartfelt service. This was one of our best hotel stays, and we’ll definitely come back.

There wasn't anything particularly special about the hotel, though nothing was especially bad either. The staff service felt about average, similar to what I'd expect at a local three-star hotel.

We all slept right through the night because the bed was so comfortable, and one friend even got up early to use the gym before we headed out. The in-room amenities were good, and both the bed and gym were excellent. Xiao He and Xiao Jie on the hotel staff went out of their way to make our time in Yangzhou enjoyable. Thank you!

The rooms feel high-tech and comfortable, with a bathtub and a huge TV. Breakfast was good, though the bread could be better. The staff are kind, but only a few speak English, so have your phone translator ready and you should be fine.
