Getting into downtown from this suburban location cost about a fiver. There’s also a handy airport service at Hyatt, where you can check in your luggage and get a boarding pass. The hotel was new, clean, and well run, with everything working as it should. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially at the front desk. They sell great local apples in the shop, and breakfast was solid, mostly Chinese food, with eggs or omelets available too. A really nice stay, thanks very much!

I had work to do in this area, so this was a nice place to stay for that. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Housekeeping missed a lot of the previous guest’s hair on the floor and sofa, though, and the alarm hadn’t been reset, so it woke me at 6:00AM.

Room service needs a lot of improvement. I asked for four bottles of water but got only two, even though there were three of us. When I asked whether the restaurant was open, the staff couldn’t tell me, so I had to check the hours myself.
