Thanks to you and the team for the great service during our short stay. The hotel was clean, and we really enjoyed being here. I especially want to thank Ma Dinna Ding, who helped me order food last night. I’d had standard restaurant food for a week on the century cruise, and she was polite and did her best to help, even though she doesn’t speak English. She got everything right! The Chinese restaurant staff also kindly introduced the menu and were attentive and polite. The front desk team made a real difference and did a very good job, and the concierge was helpful too. Please make sure this email reaches the hotel’s top management. I’ll tell my friends about the good service and our stay. Many thanks to the whole team.

Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and made the family feel at home. The pool was another highlight, with bubbling hot springs and a relaxing atmosphere. At breakfast, we especially enjoyed the freshly made Yichang noodles and seasonal fruit. Grand Mercure Yichang Waitan is by the river near the iconic Yichang Pagoda, with a safe, convenient underground path for access. Tina at the restaurant was warm and welcoming, and duty managers Emma and Jennifer were attentive and helped everything go smoothly. We had a delightful stay and hope to return.

Mercure is a complete scandal! The hotel doesn’t exist at the address listed, which is false and fake, so I had to check in at the Chinese hotel at that same address.
