There was a smoky smell in the room, and the bathroom had no razor. The food didn't suit foreign guests, and there was no porter.
10/10
A good hotel.
2/10
Check-in took an hour and still wasn't finished, and the deposit process was chaotic. The room air was awful, with smoke throughout and a foul smell from the toilet. When I raised it with the cleaning staff, they were rude and gave no explanation. I strongly advise against staying here.
2/10
I wouldn't recommend it. The room was cramped and strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, and the small bathroom smelled bad too. At 400 yuan for a standard room, it's expensive when better options are available. Be very cautious about booking. Check-in was extremely slow, and the front desk staff seemed inexperienced. The photos are misleading.
2/10
The rooms and toilets have poor air quality and hygiene, and service from both the guest room staff and front desk is inefficient. The room doesn't look like the photos. Think carefully before staying.
