For the price, Yindu Hotel is a dependable option if you're after convenience and value instead of luxury. It gave me the kind of solid three-star stay I expected, without any special frills. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with enough amenities, and staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Getting around worked well for my needs, with transport nearby and some places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast had a decent spread and was satisfying, though nothing extraordinary. As a business traveler, I found it reliable and consistent, even if it didn't have anything that really stood out.

I've stayed here more than ten times, but lately the place has been going downhill. The staff don't have the same attitude, and breakfast used to be better. They put me in a room with hot pipes under the floor, and it was boiling. Staff came up twice and knew about the issue, but the fan they brought was no use. I checked out early and lost two days because I'd already paid through booking.com and couldn't get the money back.

I've been coming here for years. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel is nice. Breakfast is pretty good, but the food starts feeling repetitive after four or five days. When I don't have dinner plans, I order room service. There's a decent selection. You call them and someone comes up with an iPad menu. Skip the burger, even though it's featured. The patty is razor thin, despite how good it looks in the picture. ^^

The staff were accommodating throughout, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast buffet, but it didn't have enough variety for a Western breakfast. 7/10
