7Days Inn Futian Kouan Subway Station

The shower head came apart in my hand as soon as I turned on the water. It made me wonder whether anyone had cleaned the shower after the previous guest, since it might have broken or leaked during cleaning. The hand soap and shampoo weren't replaced after they ran out, which left me thinking the bathroom may rarely be cleaned properly. The carpet was stained, filthy, and smelled awful. There was no soundproofing, and cars honked every ten seconds, making it feel like I was sleeping on a sidewalk. The staff didn't speak English, so communication was impossible. This was a very disappointing stay, and the hotel wasn't worth the price. A Hilton in name only. I won't be staying at Hilton hotels again.
