The shower head came apart in my hand as soon as I turned on the water. It made me wonder whether anyone had cleaned the shower after the previous guest, since it might have broken or leaked during cleaning. The hand soap and shampoo weren't replaced after they ran out, which left me thinking the bathroom may rarely be cleaned properly. The carpet was stained, filthy, and smelled awful. There was no soundproofing, and cars honked every ten seconds, making it feel like I was sleeping on a sidewalk. The staff didn't speak English, so communication was impossible. This was a very disappointing stay, and the hotel wasn't worth the price. A Hilton in name only. I won't be staying at Hilton hotels again.

It's affordable. Melody and Sammy were very helpful, so look out for them.

Suzanne at reception gave me an especially warm welcome. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference from the moment I arrived. The Hilton Shenzhen was comfortable and well maintained, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful experience, would gladly return, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

It's about a five-minute walk to Futian Port. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. There are amenities available, and drinks and snacks in the refrigerator are free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
