You get about what you pay for here. The location in Zhangjiajie is handy, with easy access and quick service to lots of places. The hotel feels a bit worn, though the beds are still okay and the rooms are average. Most of the guests seem to be Chinese, which is noticeable in the breakfast room.
I stayed here as part of a group tour. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly spacious. There are city views, but traffic noise comes with them. The air conditioner was dripping, and breakfast was the usual spread of Asian dishes.
There were several tour buses parked outside in the lot, so it seems geared toward large groups visiting Wulingyuan. The corridors were dark, the rooms a little dirty, and the facilities felt inadequate. Breakfast was poor too.
The hotel itself has great facilities. Breakfast is the weak point, though, the choices aren't very good.
The hotel is satisfactory overall, but some rooms are missing parts of their facilities.
