The staff were incredibly friendly, and the property was clean and lovely, with beautiful views. When it started raining, they thoughtfully gave us rain coats. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

Just a couple of minutes on foot from the main gate and Avatar Mountains entrance, this is a beautiful luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very clean, with lots of thoughtful welcome treats and extras. Breakfast had a great variety of Chinese and international options, and there was a cocktail bar and guest washing machines. The staff were friendly, though their English was limited. We had a small misunderstanding about our room bookings at check-in, but it was sorted quickly and we even got an upgrade. We'd definitely stay again.

The location was amazing, and the rooms were decorated really nicely.

We found the hotel peaceful, comfortable, and very clean, with a good buffet and incredibly attentive staff. It felt like a little haven in this magnificent park. The location is excellent whether you're traveling as a couple or on your own. Thanks again to everyone who welcomed us, 20/20!
