We had a great experience at a very good price, and the hotel is close to the most famous mountain. The staff were especially helpful, with Li Xianglin kindly sorting out all our issues. I hope the hotel has more employees like her. This was the best hotel experience for us.

I only stayed one night and it was okay, with nothing bad to report. The hotel is near the cable car to Tianmem Mountain, and the airport is close too.

The reception team didn't speak English, but they tried hard to communicate with us using translators. I couldn't have been happier with my stay in Zhangjiajie. The spacious room had a double bed with a comfortable mattress, plus robotic curtains, a full bathroom, and toiletries. The home automation was excellent, and the air conditioning and soundproofing were good too. 😊
