The price was low, but we hoped for a better stay and would have preferred to pay more for a nicer hotel. The staff were friendly, but talking to them by phone was impossible. At the hotel they used smartphones to translate, which worked, though it was frustrating and slow. We also found out the rooms are rented by the hour, so I'll let you imagine what that means. We felt safe in the area, but it definitely wasn't the best neighborhood. The air conditioning was off the first night because they said it hadn't been turned on. It worked the second night until about 2 or 3am, then we were hot for the rest of the night. The same thing happened on the third night. I didn't like the breakfast, and I'm generally not very picky. If a low price is what you're really after, this place will probably work for you, but we wish we'd spent a bit more.
