The pool was kept clean and felt great after a hot day of walking, and I liked the breakfast. The staff were nice, though they only spoke Chinese. The online photos are misleading, which is obvious as soon as you see the place. They put coffee cups in the room but no coffee; at breakfast there was coffee but no cups, so I drank mine from a soup bowl. The pool rules also felt sexist: women had to wear swim caps, while men with long hair had no such requirement. A worker kept bothering my friend for not wearing a cap, even as long-haired men swam without being approached.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and even though they speak little English, their AI instant translators worked really well. They helped us plan our days and book tickets for the area's attractions. The rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was excellent. The East Entrance is an easy 20-minute walk, which made this a perfect location for visiting Zhangjiajie Forest Park. Highly recommended!

We only got to stay one night and wished we could have stayed longer. After I mentioned we were on our honeymoon, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always helping with a smile. Our room was spotless, bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was incredibly comfortable too, and the bathroom was very clean. 💖

There are rooms at different price points, and breakfast can be added, with a broad mix of local and international dishes. The staff were extremely helpful with directions and accommodating requests, and they were skilled at using simultaneous translation.
