The park entrance was close by, so the location was very handy. Our room was comfortable and very nice, and the host looked after us brilliantly. She helped us get discounted tickets and plan our itinerary, and spoke very good English, which made communication easy. We really enjoyed our stay at The Pure Site and highly recommend it.

At Pure Site (Zhangjiajie Yisu Meixue Inn）, the hosts were friendly even before check-in. They arranged discounted tickets for Zhangjiajie national park, tianmen mountain, and baofeng lake, then helped us plan a route so we could see and experience as much of the national park as possible in our limited time. They can also arrange to have luggage delivered to a hotel near the train station. The rooms were clean and quite aesthetic, with all the necessary amenities and daily housekeeping. The location made it easy to beat the crowds, just a five-minute walk from the east gate of the national park. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, and the street market is two streets away. I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Zhangjiajie.

Even with our late arrival at 9:30 PM, the owner got everything organized for us. She planned what to see in the park, arranged timed entry tickets for the next day, and helped us get tickets to the Charming Xiangxi show for our evening in Wulingyuan. She even sent her husband out to print them. Staying at The Pure Site made visiting Zhangjiajie much easier, and I'd strongly recommend it.

The park is only a short walk away, and the staff helped us plan our visit. Our room was huge, and the decor was lovely. We had a really pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.
