The room and service were actually very good, and I'd stay here again if I return to Zhangjiajie. One thing to fix: the Google location is wrong. The place is behind the cable car station, in the same apartment building as “Platinum Apartment” and “Atour Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan”. Thanks!
The flights were canceled and I couldn't get a refund. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Don't stay there.
