The place is meant to be near the national park, about a 30-minute drive from most attractions and around 50 minutes from Grand Canyon. The facilities felt cozy and thoughtful, with free tea, umbrellas, and use of the washing machine and dryer. At breakfast, you could also order beef noodles from the cooking lady. The lady boss and staff were warm-hearted and made sure everything went smoothly. She gave us free rides to the ZJI National Forest entrance and to the bus stop for Tian Men Mountain. She also arranged other transport at reasonable prices. Mr Zhang, our driver, was reliable and friendly, and gave us useful directions and recommendations. It was a memorable, positive stay, and I strongly recommend it.

The quiet village setting made it easy to unwind, and we could get Didi taxis to the attractions. It wasn't too far from the city or airport. The owner even drove us to the South gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park one morning. Our family room was spacious, clean, and warmly decorated, with a terrace overlooking the surrounding area. The hostess and staff were friendly and quick to help, and gave us useful travel instructions and maps. The food was tasty and portions were sufficient, though the breakfast could have had more variety and better attention to hygiene. We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Yueshanju. The hotel's cozy feel and the scenic views made it memorable.
