My kids loved the hotel's location and all its great facilities. There's a gym, a heated pool, a guest lounge for skiers, and a separate room for ski gear lockers. There were lots of different restaurants around the resort, too. Luke and his colleague, Wei, welcomed us and took great care of us. They were amazing hosts. We had our first dinner at the resort, a BBQ meat buffet that included local whole roasted lamb, and breakfast buffets were great too. We had an amazing time at this ski resort. My teenage kids want to come back next year and ski for four to six days.

Each stay includes vouchers for the ski pass, gear and ski clothes, and free lockers are available a minute's walk away at the ski area. It's not quite ski-in and ski-out. The rooms are huge, with balconies and dedicated places for ski gear, and the central heating is very powerful. This is a really nice Hyatt for a ski holiday. Breakfast is complimentary, though the food quality is pretty basic.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic facilities, and the resort gives guests easy access to the ski field. You can also use a locker for free at the ski reception centre. The staff seemed slow to respond, though, and there's no room service for food. That's disappointing when you get hungry at night.

The receptionists were chatting with coworkers or looking at their phones, which didn't seem very professional. The west-facing rooms could get to around 28 degrees Celsius during the day, but the air conditioning wasn't turned on, even though Taiwu is a popular summer resort. The rooms are fairly large, and the hotel is in the heart of Taiwu Town, but the view is average and the price only so-so.
