7days Inn Zhengzhou Railway Station East Square Ticket Office

Spacious, kept in good shape, and handy for travelers familiar with the station.

Really good.

From the subway side on Line 1 or Line 10, I couldn't reach the East Plaza by the railway station because every subway exit is on the west side. I understand you can get from the subway to the railway inside the station, but apparently you can't enter the railway area without a ticket. To get to the East Plaza from the subway, you have to go up to street level and walk all the way around, or take DIDI or something. I picked a hotel on the East Plaza side because I planned to use the subway, so Zhengzhou Station felt close and far away at the same time, lol.

I took a regular train because I was short on time, rather than a high-speed one. Train stations in China can be crowded, and the baggage checks are inconvenient. China may be called the cradle of civilization, but you can't expect advanced civilization there.
