The hospitality and service were really good, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and in great condition. I'm Nepali, so the food didn't quite suit my tastes or food culture, though the food service itself was good. I really enjoyed the stay at InterContinental.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. Everyone I met was warm, professional, and ready to help, with service that felt personal as well as efficient. Ms. Sisi at the Front Desk and her colleagues deserve a special mention for representing InterContinental's hospitality and elegance so well. I've stayed at InterContinental Zhengzhou before and was glad to return. As an IHG member, I value the brand's consistency and attention to detail, and this visit lived up to my last one. The central location makes getting around Zhengzhou easy. My room was spacious, modern, thoughtfully equipped, and very well kept, with strong facilities and design that stood out against other InterContinental hotels I've visited. The facilities and service culture both impressed me, and I hope to come back soon for another stay.

Wang Xiao Hu at the Concierge suggested a good dinner spot, and the front desk helped arrange a late check-out. The room was roomy and nicely laid out, and the location beside Dennis Daweicheng Shopping Complex was excellent.

We didn't stay at the hotel ourselves, so can't speak to everything there. But when we were struggling to place an order at a coffee shop, Jason stepped in, paid for it, and let us pay him back through alipay. He also gave us lots of tips about the area. The hotel should be proud to have someone so kind and helpful representing it, even off duty. Thanks, Jason!
