The hotel itself is superb, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They don't speak much English, but they even came up to the room and used their phones to translate while bringing the amenities. The only drawbacks are that it's a bit far from convenience stores and the 7/11 nearby is quite small. Highly recommended.
6/10
The rooms are spacious, but noise carries from both the rooms above and next door. One of our booked rooms smelled of sewage at first, though the smell faded after a while. Breakfast was limited and mostly Chinese food. The amusement park was empty, with many attractions shut, and the nearby restaurants felt overpriced for what they serve. The hotel was okay, but nothing stood out.
10/10
There are a convenience store and some restaurants in the complex, and Sumlodol amusement park is right next door. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Chimelong Spaceship/Ocean Kingdom and 30-40 minutes from Jinwan Airport. The staff were helpful, especially the short-haired woman supervising or managing the front desk. She was attentive, though I unfortunately can't remember her name. The hotel itself was great, and the room was a decent size.

The room was really nice, and there's a large playground that opens at 6:30am.
