The shower was a constant annoyance: water kept dripping after I turned it off, and it made noise. I also couldn’t get the temperature right, as it would sometimes go too cool and other times much too hot. The bathroom layout felt odd, and the room was small. I had an unpleasant stay.

A reasonably priced boutique hotel with roomy, nicely decorated spaces. It’s right beside zhuhai port, and there are good food choices nearby.

The beds are really comfortable, and it turned out to be good value for money. Once we found the hotel, the trip felt worthwhile. It’s next to the border crossing and a huge shopping mall with lots of places to eat. It’s just inside China, but we had to go through passport control each time we wanted to visit Macau. The pool and gym were being renovated when we were there 😟 Just so you know, the hotel is in China, not Macau, and we had some trouble finding it.

Daniel at the concierge was a great young bloke, and two bright ladies also went out of their way to help me. The service was great, and the hotel is very close to hengqin port. Definitely recommend it.

For little money, you get a gorgeous hotel design, luxurious rooms, attentive service, and a great area full of expensive brands. I recommend it, you won't regret it.
