A good base if you're planning a trip to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Most staff were friendly, though they hardly spoke English. We had no trouble communicating since they tried to help with translation apps. The room was clean but mediocre, with basic amenities and bottled water. The towels were rough, and the bathroom door had no lock. Chinese people smoke a lot, mind you, and sometimes the smell reaches the room. Our bad experience was that a bottle of electrolyte drink we bought when coming through Hengqin port was stolen from our room.

The massage services were a big help after a long day at the park, and everything was kept clean. Shops inside the hotel carry many of the same things you can find inside the park. The included buffet downstairs has lots of variety for different needs, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. It's an amazing, family-friendly hotel, designed with kids in mind and super close to the Ocean Kingdom.

A lovely bed and the kid-themed room decor were really nice. The hotel provides daily essentials like a toothbrush, bath towel, shampoo, and kettle, plus a shuttle bus to Chimelong spaceship. It's near Chimelong ocean kingdom, so getting to Ocean Kingdom Park is very convenient.

The long check-in queue was offset by a quick checkout, just drop off your keycard. The room was cute and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They couldn't speak English, but they tried to explain things and help with our concerns through translation apps, so communication was no problem. Don't miss sitting to watch their lovely penguins in the dining room. It's a bit loud with so many children around, but that's understandable.

Right by the ocean theme park, so it feels like a paradise for kids. Our room was on Level 1, and there were lots of tourists around. They provided five bottles of mineral water.
