Hanting ZH S Mingzhu Rd

We were very disappointed with the facilities and how the hotel handled problems during our stay at Hampton by Hilton Zhuhai Cheng Feng Plaza from 27/1/24-28/1/24. There was a cockroach in the washroom, which I wouldn’t expect at a 4 star hotel. Our friends also found cigarette smell in their rooms even though we had all booked non-smoking rooms. The walls did a poor job of blocking sound, and my friends could hear a baby crying at 4am. The hotel couldn’t offer them a room change or do anything about it. On top of that, staff were hammering a cradle in the corridor at 10 in the morning, waking us up, and carried on even after we complained. Why was that repair so urgent, and couldn’t it have been done somewhere else or at another time? I’d tell travellers to think twice before booking.

I had a comfortable stay. The bed was clean and not too hard, and the service was good. The room was clean and new. I heard the place had just been renovated.

For a reasonable price, you can have a comfortable stay at this nice business hotel in Zhuhai city. It could work well if you have business in central Zhulhai.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean. Great service, thank you.
