Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi

We’ve already stayed here for two months and plan to keep staying. The environment is perfect, and most people provide very good service. A few student interns are still learning, which is normal. My favorite part is the kitchen: the chefs are handsome, and you can feel they put their whole heart into the food. It’s delicious and fragrant. The GM and Ops Manager stay on top of everything, so we feel safe and relaxed. They consistently show care for us, something I haven’t found at other hotels. The facilities are still very good. Well done, Nicole's team, give yourselves a pat on the back 😍

The room is spacious and has a sofa bed, with a great view of the pool and river. The hotel is in a residential area, about a five-minute drive from a nearby mall. Beside the hotel building there’s a Chinese Seafood restaurant serving breakfast dimsum, as well as a fine-dining beef restaurant.

The river views are pretty nice, and the rooms are clean, smell great, and feel like good value for the price. I stay here every time I come to Zhu hai and always enjoy it. Housekeeping, the front desk, and valet staff are quick and really polite, which makes things easy and stress free. I’d love to come back.

The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from, with local dishes, Western pastries, toast, coffee, tea, yoghurt, fresh fruit, salads, and more. There’s something different to eat each day, and the chefs are happy to make food to suit our preferences. The coffee is so good I’m addicted to it. Managers, including the GM, help the team during breakfast, and the teamwork is lovely. Our river-view room is good, housekeeping is efficient, and there are lots of TV channels. The front desk patiently helps us book taxis and figure out routes. The cutest robot brings our online purchases and anything else we need. We’ve stayed for 12 days and will keep staying. The Hyatt hotel at Zhuhai Jinshi is very comfortable, with a marvellous team from the kitchen to the front line and head office. I’ve invited family and colleagues to stay and will keep telling people about it. Thank you, Hyatt Zhuhai team, for the warm service, room, and good food. I’ve now been here two months, and it’s still lovely. It feels like a second home. I’m waiting for my family to join me soon, and I’ll stay again.
