Emily at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant when we arrived. She explained our room and the benefits of being an IGH member, though our fruit platter never arrived. Another lovely woman in a clown costume made balloons for everyone with a beautiful smile, and didn’t mind adults asking for her bow and arrows. She made our day!

The room was spotless, and that water view made it easy to relax. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, too. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the staff were polite, attentive, and professional throughout. We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel Zhuhai. It went beyond what we expected, and we'd happily come back.

The hotel is in a superb spot, close to the HZMB border facilities. Our room was spacious and had the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good range of food at the breakfast buffet.

Flora was lovely to talk with, and her English was really good. She came across as genuine and professional at the same time. Nick also took a genuine interest in helping us figure out where to go, which stuck with me. They both went above and beyond. I'd come back to this hotel, Intercontinental hasn't failed to disappoint.

The rooms were huge and clean. The hotel is near the land border crossing between ZhuHai and Macau, and there's a massive underground mall nearby with all kinds of shops and dining options.
