The pedestrian street right outside made it easy to find simple food and do a bit of shopping. We booked two rooms for five adults and stayed two nights. My room was spacious and clean, though my sons found insects in theirs. The toilet was a little worn, and the ceiling was low for us at 1.8m tall. Check-in service was acceptable. A reasonable budget hotel.

The rooms are dark, which was the one drawback for me. Otherwise, this is a spacious, affordable, very clean hotel downtown, about a five-minute walk from the Macau-China border. They provide amenities such as a razor, and there's a coin laundry. Pedestrians pass along the street outside until around 2am. The deposit is 200 NTD, and there isn't a refrigerator security box.

The room was quiet and clean, though the lobby by the elevator isn't fancy when you come out of the port. Breakfast was plentiful, but expensive.
