The staff were incredibly helpful. Late at night, the Night Manager even ordered food for me and the kids and paid for it himself because I didn't have cash. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were super clean. Thanks, Yindo. I'll stay again.

The room was large and comfortable, and there are eateries and a night market nearby. But staff service needs work, especially at the egg station. I asked in Mandarin for sunny-side-up eggs and was ignored while the cook fried all 9 eggs thoroughly on the hot plate. Then he told his manager he didn't want to work that day but had been forced to, said he was going to the kitchen, and left me standing there. I checked with another waiter that my order had been noted, and that waiter cooked the eggs for me. With acceptable service, this could be a very good 9+ hotel.

The receptionist was rude and shouted at us during check-in without bothering to look up our booking. We were given a room we hadn't booked, and only after checking in were we told there was a water problem. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Avoid it.

We booked a room for 3 people, but when we arrived at 3pm the third bed still hadn't been set up. They put us on a floor where the water pipe was down. Breakfast was bad and the staff weren't friendly. Not recommended.

We booked four nights and left after just one. The hotel was very old, the beds were hard as rock, and although it advertised a swimming pool, the pool had been abandoned for several months. Worst of all, construction banging started at 7:15 am, despite their claim that it began at 10am. We only got five hours of sleep, called for a refund, and left right away. An absolute nightmare.
