The location was another drawback: the hotel is across the river, away from the city's main central area. I stayed at the Hilton, which offered better value, service, and location. This room was clean, but the amenities were very basic and fell short of what I expect from a Hyatt Regency. Management seemed disorganized. Front desk staff weren't very helpful or well trained, and check-in was confusing, with a long line.

The map pin is wrong. The hotel is at the southern end of the main urban area, about 5 km from the city center. The neighborhood is mostly residential, with few restaurants, so you're mainly here for the hotel itself. Inside, the wood-heavy design feels spacious and quite comfortable, and breakfast has a good range of choices. It's probably the best-equipped hotel around.
