For a Colombian guest this may be a nice resort style hotel, but international travelers could find the setup a bit ridiculous. Facility access comes with very limited hours and rules, which made some things, like the gym, completely unusable. A Jacuzzi was advertised, but there wasn't one available. In practice, the pool and Turkish bath were about all the amenities. We chose this hotel for the Jacuzzi, hoping to relax after hours of driving, so finding it wasn't there was a real letdown. The rest was great, including the service from Alexis.

The climate is excellent, and the hotel is comfortable, very clean, and easy to access in a wheelchair. Service was very good too. I'd recommend it for a family trip.

The staff were friendly, and the food was tasty and fine. It wasn't crowded, though the restaurant only opens on weekends.
